I just wanted to say THANKS to the guys at Toyota of Longview for the HONESTY. I had what I thought was a serious problem with my vehicle after the service advisor had it checked out it was just a user error. I forgot to tighten my gas cap causing the check engine warning light to come on. The quick diagnostic test of my car verified I had no other problems to worry about, and they sent me on my way. It is nice to deal with someone honest. They could have easily told me there was a major problem with my car, and I would have not known the difference. I will not trust anyone else with the service of my Camry.

I contacted Lonnie Newbury to gather information about what to do when my Camry lease was up. Not only did he show me all of my options, but he was very HELPFUL and most importantly did not use high pressure tactics like I have experienced in the past. As a single woman I am uneasy at car dealerships, but I felt right at home at Toyota of Longview. When it is time for a new vehicle I will definatly be back!
